Prerequisites:
- 50 yards freestyle without stopping
- 25 yards backstroke
- Or completion of level 4 swim lesson
White Group
Intermediate swimmers refine technique and build stamina while learning the sport of competitive swimming
Prerequisites:
- 75 yards freestyle without stopping
- 50 yards backstroke
- Or completion of level 5 swim lesson
