Deposits will be non-refundable. Athletes may cancel their trip no less than 30 days prior to the trip and a 50% cancellation fee will occur to cover costs incurred by the club.

This exclusive water polo training trip offers an unforgettable experience, combining elite coaching, scrimmages, and cultural exploration in some of Italy’s most iconic destinations. The trip includes training and practice time at world-class facilities, as well as scrimmages with top local clubs. Alongside the athletic training, you’ll explore the stunning regions of Florence, Portofino, Cinque Terre, San Fruttuoso, and Santa Margherita, immersing yourself in Italy’s rich culture and breathtaking landscapes. The package includes three meals a day, accommodations at comfortable hotels, transportation between cities and training locations, and all pool time for practices and scrimmages. Flights and team gear included.

The PARENT PACKAGE is designed to allow family and friends to support their athlete while giving them the space they need. This package lets parents be present for games and excursions while still allowing the team and coaches to bond and grow together. The package includes transportation and excursions that the athletes will participate in. 

*Airfare IS included with this package and parents will be on the same flight with athletes and coaches. Team gear will be available for parent purchase in team store.

Please Note: Airport transportation is only provided if all athletes and family members arrive together. The included transfer is from Genoa Airport (GOA) only—any other arrivals will incur an additional cost.

**Hotel accommodation for parents is NOT included with this package! Parents MUST BOOK their own hotel reservations.**

A $50 late fee will be applied for all late payments and a 10 day grace period will begin. Any outstanding payments 10 days past the due date will result in the athlete being removed from the trip and 50% of all payments made will be refunded with the exception of the non-refundable deposit of $800. To avoid late fees and trip removal, please speak with Coach Bri before your payment is late.

Travel trip payments can be made via cash, check or Zelle transfer. Zelle is the preferred method of payment. Cash and checks can be given to Coach Bri or Coach Dani.

Should you need to pay by credit card, we can arrange payment for you via iClass, however a 4% transaction fee will be applied to each payment to cover iClass processing and transfer fees. Please speak to Coach Bri to arrange credit card payments. 

All payments received by any method will be recorded on your
